-Baked Brie with Candied Bacon, dried apricots, and Red Raspberry Wine Reduction with crostini/crackers

-Court-Boullion Shrimp Cocktail with Jalapeño Pepper Wine Cocktail Sauce

-Crostini with Goat Cheese and Cranberry Wine Jam with Rosemary

-Vegetarian Arancini (Rice Balls)
Wine will be paired and/or prepared with each item.  This class is interactive and fun!  Amy LaBelle, Founder and Winemaker at LaBelle Winery and one of LaBelle's talented chefs will prepare each item for you to try as well as share tips for entertaining!  This class is suited for couples, singles, family and friends as well as corporate colleagues.  We look forward to seeing you at the next Winemaker's Kitchen Cooking Class!  Register today, space is limited!
