served atop Crème Fraiche on a Robie Farm Swaledale Farmhouse Cheddar Toast

2nd Course
Acorn Squash Soup with Maple and Nutmeg Roasted Squash with a Confit of Tomato,
Fingerling Potatoes and Fennel, accented with LaBelle Apple Wine

3rd Course
Roasted Root Vegetable Salad of Beets, Carrots, Turnips & Pear
served with Greens and featuring a Green Goddess Salad Dressing

4th Course
Seared Scallops paired with Sweet Corn, Forbidden Rice,
Beet Chips and a Goat Cheese Mousse

5th Course
LaBelle Winery Apple Crisp with Maple Oats, Caramelized Apples,
Vanilla Ice Cream & a Cinnamon Sugar Apple Wine Churro

A harvest wine dinner that celebrates the bountiful culinary delights of the season accompanied by wines selected by winemaker Amy LaBelle. At this dinner we will toast to our first grape harvest and also welcome special guests; Artists Ralph Stone Jacobs & Catherine Tuttle whose works are currently on view in the LaBelle Winery Art Gallery.

A $25 per person deposit will reserve your space and will be applied to your final bill at the conclusion of the dinner. (Total per person price is $75 plus tax & tip.)
