LaBelle Winery Wine Dinner: Wine vs. Beer Pairings featuring Peak Organic


Come join us for our monthly wine dinner!  Chef Josh Enright and Winemaker Amy LaBelle are featuring a gourmet dinner, expertly paired with both beer and wine for each course.  We are featuring one of our favorite New England Brewers, Peak Organic.  $65 + tax & gratuity per person includes dinner and beer & wine pairing with each course.

(There is a $25/person reservation fee for this event, which will be applied toward your final bill. This fee is non-refundable, unless 3 days’ notice on a cancellation is given.)

Amuse Bouche

Smoked Salmon, Dill, Goat Cheese Mousse on an English Cucumber with Micro Arugula
Peak Fresh Cut and LaBelle Chardonnay

1st Course

Organic Baby Greens, Radicchio, Candied Walnuts, Dried Apricots, Roasted Apricots, Cranberries, Gorgonozla Cheese
Pairing: Peak Organic IPA and LaBelle Gewurztraminer

2nd Course

Grilled Locally Landed Tuna, Organic Wilted Kale, Lemon Shallot Vinaigrette
Pairing: Peak Organic Hop Blanc and LaBelle Seyval Blanc

3rd Course

Mushroom Bolognese tossed with Parpadelle Pasta 
Pairing: Peak Organic Nut Brown Ale and LaBelle Red Alchemy

4th Course

Braised Beef Short Rib Sliders, Peppered Bacon, Brie Cheese, Ripe Tomato with Hand Cut Frites
Pairing: Peak Organic Hop Noir and LaBelle Americus

5th Course

Deconstructed Caramel Apple Pie topped with Grafton Cheddar Cheese, Candied Bacon
Pairing: Peak Amber Ale and LaBelle Granite State Apple
