Join Winemaker Amy LaBelle and Chef Josh Enright as they create beautiful vegetarian fare with Herbs and Vegetables grown in the LaBelle Winery Farm. Recipes include Red Quinoa with Wine marinated Roasted Vegetables, Spicy Whipped Feta with Dipping Vegetables, and Wine Soaked Pears with sweetened ricotta.
All class participants will receive a bite-sized sample of each dish, complete with a wine paired perfectly with the tasting. Classes are demonstration only, no hands on cooking, unless otherwise noted.
Included in the price of the ticket are food and wine samples, recipes of all the dishes shown that evening, and a 10% discount off the culinary & wine items used in the night's recipes in our store.
