Join Chef Josh Enright and Winemaker Amy LaBelle as they barbecue on our Grand Terrace overlooking the scenic LaBelle Vineyard (weather permitting). Recipes will focus on wine-marinated veggies, wine marinated pork, and smoking techniques using the very oak used to age LaBelle wine! Dessert will feature grilled pineapple soaked in LaBelle Winery Dulce Wine. All class attendants will taste test! Wine, food & recipe included in price of ticket.
