The Winemaker's Kitchen Cooking Series - Hot Spices



Join Chef Josh Enright and Winemaker Amy LaBelle as they explore spices from mild to hot and how to incorporate them and wine into your spicy recipes! This class will feature Steak Frites, marinated in The Winemaker’s Kitchen Steak Spice Blend with African Bird Spice, LaBelle Tarragon Aioli with Jalapeno Pepper Culinary Wine, and a decadent chocolate dessert featuring chili as an ingredient. All class attendants will taste test!  Wine, food & recipe included in price of ticket.
